Overview

Critical loading and transfer operation, completed without any incidents.

An extremely challenging logistics operation where improper handling could cause internal structural damage. This project involved the loading, overland transport, and unloading of a 333 MVA, 230/138/24 kV Siemens three-phase autotransformer, with the heaviest component (the tank) transported from one substation to another. Completed in 2021, this initiative helped improve the electrical infrastructure of a major metropolitan city in Latin America.

Lifting and transport plan for heavy and oversized cargo, including impact monitoring.

Technical installation of accessories: bushings, radiators, oil conservators, and control panels.

Vacuum treatment, filtration, and filling of dielectric oil.

Diagnostic electrical tests: transformation ratio, insulation resistance, and power factor.

Our solution: Precision logistics engineering for immediate integration into the transmission network.
